For practices, therapists and wellness

Your patients book online, you stay with the one in front of you.

Website, online booking and patient records in one system, built and handed over by us. For medical and dental practices, physiotherapists, psychologists and massage therapists. For health practices the site shows no prices and no reviews, and makes none of the promises health advertising rules forbid.

The best time of the day is the time with the patient. The phone ringing in the middle of it isn't.

What happens today

The three things that cost you most.

The phone rings during the appointment

You answer between patients, or you don't. Someone calling for an appointment who gets no answer often tries the next practice.

The missed call books elsewhere

Appointments are made by voice

Times dictated over the phone, changes, gaps in the diary that nobody fills. And when a patient doesn't turn up, the hour stays empty.

An hour with nobody in it

The website says little, and can't say everything

People looking for you want to know what you treat, where you are and how to book. But health advertising has strict rules, and a website written in a hurry can easily promise what it mustn't.

A website that doesn't help, or exposes you

The maths, with your numbers

What it costs you not to be there when they look.

There are no numbers of ours about your trade here, because we have not measured them and we will not invent them. Put yours in and look at the result.

Fill in the two fields and the result appears here. Nobody knows the first number exactly, not even you: put in what feels right, the order of magnitude is what matters.

What it does for you

Built around the rules of your profession.

  • The website doesn't promise what it mustn't

For health practices, before going live, the text is checked against the phrases health advertising rules forbid: superlatives, guarantees, success rates, "first visit free". It goes live only with your sign-off.

    Web
  • No reviews, no public price list

For health professions, the website shows no stars or reviews, and services appear without prices. The AI doesn't write figures on your behalf.

    Web
  • Helpline numbers, for psychologists

On a psychologist's website the helpline numbers are always visible, and without them the website can't be published.

    Web
  • Appointments with their own length

First visit, check-up, session: each service has its own length, and patients choose only among free times. You confirm; cancellations go through the link.

    Booking
  • The reason for the visit stays private

The note on the reason for the visit is kept only with the patient's explicit consent. Without consent, it isn't saved.

    Booking
  • The AI doesn't write to your patients for you

For health professions, the AI suggests no recalls, reviews or promotions, and it never sees the notes in a patient's record.

How we get there

From the website to the appointment, in three steps.

  1. We build the website

What you treat, who you are, where you see patients and how to book. The website only goes live once you approve it, and for health practices it shows neither prices nor reviews.

  2. We open the diary

The patient picks the type of appointment and a free time. You confirm with one click, the reminder goes out on its own, and cancellations go through the link in the email.

  3. Every patient has a record

Only what you need to stay organised: contact details, appointments, the next recall you set. No clinical content, and the record can be exported or deleted on request.

Questions

What practices ask us.

Does it replace my practice software or insurance billing?

No. Multiverbe does the website, online booking and the records you need to stay organised. Clinical files and billing stay where they are today.

What goes into a patient's record?

Contact details, appointments and the next recall, if you set one. No clinical content. The record can be exported and, on request, deleted.

Do patients get a reminder?

Yes, it goes out on its own before the appointment: two hours before for medical practices and wellness, twelve hours before for the other practices.

Can patients move their appointment themselves?

They can cancel it through the link in the email, within the notice period you set, and the time becomes free again. To move it, they book a new one.

Does it work for physiotherapists, dentists and psychologists?

Yes: the same website model covers medical and dental practices, physiotherapy and psychology, with the same rules. Psychologists also get the helpline numbers, always visible.

What if I do massage or wellness treatments?

The calendar and client card are the same; the website follows the model for beauty and wellness businesses, so it can show your prices and reviews. We write the text with you, without promising healing effects. If you do medical massage, we'll talk it through first to see which rules apply to you.
