Every night sold by a platform gives some of it away
The booking comes in, and part of the price stays with the platform. Even when the guest already knew you and would have come back anyway.
A share of every night
For hotels and B&Bs
Website, bookings by the night and guest records in one system, built and handed over by us. Guests can only book free dates, and your calendar stays in step with the platforms you already sell on.

What happens today
The booking comes in, and part of the price stays with the platform. Even when the guest already knew you and would have come back anyway.
A share of every night
The platform has their contact details; you have a name and two dates. Next year, to come back to you, they start there again, and the commission is paid again.
Returning guests pay twice
You sell your rooms on several channels and over the phone. If the calendars don't talk to each other, sooner or later the same night goes to two guests.
A guest to move elsewhere
The maths, with your numbers
There are no numbers of ours about your trade here, because we have not measured them and we will not invent them. Put yours in and look at the result.
Fill in the three fields and the result appears here. If you do not know the percentage by heart, it is in the portal's contract: it is worth looking it up once.
What it does for you
Guests choose arrival and nights only among free dates, from one to thirty, with as many people as the room holds. The total works itself out.
BookingYou connect the calendar of the rooms you sell elsewhere and publish your own: a night sold there can't be booked here. They sync every two hours.
BookingSeveral rooms of the same type are counted one by one, and a pending request already holds the place. Holidays and closures apply to online bookings too.
BookingThe guest gets a receipt straight away, and you confirm when you have a minute. If a request waits too long, we remind you.
BookingWhoever books ends up in your client list, not a platform's: stays, nights and returns in one place.
ClientsAfter check-out, the AI suggests asking for a review from guests who gave their consent. The message is ready: at first you decide whether it goes. After three yeses the AI can send it on its own, and it tells you.
The AIHow we get there
Your rooms with your photos and the rates you set, how to get there, in your guests' languages. Written for people to read and for Google to understand.
The calendar of the rooms you sell elsewhere comes into yours, and yours goes out to the platforms: they sync every two hours. Then we open direct booking, by the night, on free dates.
Who booked, when and for how many nights. In one place, exportable, yours even on the day you change tools.
Questions
No. You keep selling where you sell today: we connect the calendars, so a night sold elsewhere can't also be booked on your website. The direct channel is yours, with no commission.
In Switzerland, yes. Since 1 December 2022, the Swiss Unfair Competition Act (Art. 8a UWG) bars platforms from imposing price, availability and condition parity on accommodation providers. You set the price on your own website.
No. It syncs calendars every two hours, not rates in real time. If you use a channel manager for pricing today, you can keep it: Multiverbe brings the website and direct booking.
Not today. The booking arrives with the total for the nights, and you handle payment as you do now. We keep nothing from any booking.
The website in up to five languages: Italian, German, French, English and Spanish. Booking emails go out in Italian, German, French and English.
We look together at where your bookings come from today and what they cost you, and tell you what we would change.
