From your site, at any hour
The booking form lives on the site: service, day, a time that's really free. For a hotel, arrival and nights; for a restaurant, the number of guests.

People book on your site day and night, on the real times in your calendar. You confirm with one click, and reminders go out on their own.

What you control
Bookings come in from the site and the phone into the same calendar, under your rules. Here's everything it does today.
The booking form lives on the site: service, day, a time that's really free. For a hotel, arrival and nights; for a restaurant, the number of guests.
You log calls and walk-ins with the same checks: if you're closed or full that day, it tells you.
The right way of booking for your trade is already set, with typical opening hours to adjust rather than build from scratch.
Tables, rooms, chairs and class places are counted: a party of six won't see a table for four as free.
Several time slots a day, closing periods and blocks: when you're closed, nobody can book.
Every service has its own duration and turnaround time. You decide how far in advance people can book, and how late.
For a given service you set how many bookings you accept in a day, and not one more.
Requests from the site wait for your yes and hold the slot meanwhile. If you like, an unconfirmed request expires on its own after the time you choose.
Staff use the calendar; services, prices and settings are changed by you and your admins.
Emails with your business name and logo, in Italian, German, French or English. If the client replies, the reply comes to you.
A few hours before where no-shows are common, the evening before where they're rare: the timing depends on your trade. It includes the link to cancel.
The client cancels without calling, within the window you set. The time becomes bookable again and you see it in the calendar.
For every booking you see whether the reminder went out, and when.
The no-show goes into the client's history. If you charge a fee, you put it in writing and they get it by email.
Zero commissions on every booking, for good: you pay the subscription, even on nights when you're fully booked.
Whoever books lands in your client list, not in a portal's: their card opens on its own, with the visit in their history.
Overnight, finished bookings become completed visits: loyalty points and the suggestion to ask for feedback arrive without you having to remember.
Connect the calendar of the rooms you sell elsewhere and publish your own: a night sold elsewhere can't be booked here. It syncs every two hours.
The note on the reason for the visit is kept only with the patient's explicit consent, and prices don't appear in the public offer.
If your calendar stays empty over the next few days, Multiverbe's AI flags it to you.
An ordinary week
Friday, 20:40 · full house
The phone rings while you're serving. You don't answer, and the booking goes somewhere else.
Whoever wanted to book does it on the site, on times that are really free. You confirm as soon as you have a minute.
Tuesday · the gap
A client doesn't show up and the appointment stays empty.
The reminder went out with the link to cancel: whoever can't come tells you, and the time frees up.
Sunday evening · the books
If your guests book through a portal that keeps a share of the bill, you pay that share on every table.
Through your own site you pay no commission, and the guest stays in your client list.
It doesn't work alone
A booking doesn't just sit in the calendar: it becomes a client in your list and a fact the AI can read.
