Multiverbe's Clients planet: a golden honeycomb sphere, with its satellites in orbit

Client management that fills itself in.

Every booking and every enquiry from the site creates the client's card. You see who comes back, who's been away too long and who to call today.

Do it with us

We set it up · No lock-in · The subscription starts when you go live

What you control

Everything you do with your clients.

One client list that updates while you work. Here's everything you can do, with no promises the product doesn't keep.

It fills itself in

Every booking opens a card

Whether they book on the site or you add it to the calendar, an email or a phone number is enough: the card is created, or updated if it already exists.

The site's form becomes a client

Whoever writes to you from the site lands in your list with their message. They get a confirmation, you get a notification.

The list you have, brought in at once

Import your clients from a CSV file. Consent to receive messages only counts if you declare it, and people who unsubscribed don't come back.

It finds duplicates

When the same person has two cards, it points it out. You merge them with a tap and their history stays complete.

Every client, their story

A card that speaks your trade

The favourite table at the restaurant, the colour formula at the salon, the serial number of the unit for the installer. Plus any notes you want.

Everything in date order

Bookings, visits, follow-ups, consents and points in the same history. Before you answer, you know how it went last time.

What each client is worth

The value of their bookings, and where you have no listed prices, their visits. You know which clients really count.

New, regular, VIP, lapsed

Every night the cards re-sort themselves to the pace of your trade. If you like, you move a client yourself and they stay where you put them.

Who to call back, and when

Who might not come back

Silence is measured against the pace of your work, not an average: whoever has been away much longer than usual shows at the top, before they're gone.

Follow-ups with a date

Set the day to get back in touch with a client, or accept the one a deadline in your trade suggests, like a service visit or a membership. You'll find it in the calendar.

The message to win them back, already written

Multiverbe's AI prepares the message for clients who stop coming. You read it and decide: at first it only goes out with your yes.

Keeping them close

Loyalty points, if you want them

Switch the programme on and every completed visit earns points, with tiers that go up. You decide the reward.

A score from 0 to 10

Ask how it went with a private link: the score and comment land on the card. At most one request every thirty days, so nobody gets tired of it.

Reply to whoever wrote to you

Enquiries from the site become conversations. You reply from there, even starting from a draft written by Multiverbe, and the card keeps a record.

You govern the data

Every consent with its proof

Every yes and every no to receiving messages is recorded with its date and source. Whoever said no is left out of the automatic moves.

Export everything, whenever you want

Your client list in a file, or a person's complete record when they ask for it.

Erase on request

Whoever asks to be forgotten is anonymised: the person disappears, your numbers stay right.

Keep only what you need

If you set it, cards that have been idle longer than the months you choose become anonymous on their own.

Decide who sees the list

You and your admins, always. A team member only sees clients if you assign them this planet.

An ordinary week

What changes, moment by moment.

  1. Tuesday, 9:10 · on the phone

    Today

A client calls to move her appointment and you can't remember what she had done last time.

    With Multiverbe

You open her card while she talks: last visit, preferences, notes. You answer as if you remembered.

  2. Thursday · the client list

    Today

Your clients are spread across your phone, a notebook and your inbox. Every time you need a number, you look in three places.

    With Multiverbe

You import the list once. From then on, bookings and enquiries from the site keep it up to date on their own.

  3. End of season · who's missing

    Today

You notice a regular hasn't been in for months when it's already too late.

    With Multiverbe

You see her among the clients who might not come back, with the message to win her back ready for your approval.

It doesn't work alone

What the planets pass to each other.

The Clients planet isn't one more address book to keep up to date: the others keep it up to date while you work.

Questions

What people ask us about client management.

Do I have to enter clients by hand?

No. Every booking and every enquiry from the site creates or updates the card on its own. The clients you already have, you import once from a CSV file.

Can I take my clients with me?

Yes, whenever you want: you export your client list to a file and each person's complete record. There's no minimum term, and your clients stay yours.

How do you handle consent for messages?

Every yes and every no is recorded with its date and source, and consent isn't imported from a file unless you declare it. Whoever said no stays out of the automatic moves and the feedback requests.

Does it work for a medical practice too?

Yes, with its own rules: the card only holds organisational information, no medical data, and Multiverbe doesn't suggest marketing messages, review requests or loyalty points.

Are bookings and clients two separate programs?

No. They share the same client list: the booking is the event, the card is the relationship, and each keeps the other up to date.

Who on my team can see the clients?

You and your admins, always. A team member only sees them if you assign them the Clients planet.
